2. Using the site
You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, introduce viruses or harmful code, or use automated tools to copy its content.
3. Intellectual property
The site and its content — including text, design, graphics and the AMZPRO name and logo — belong to us or our licensors. Portfolio work shown on the site remains the property of the respective brands and is displayed with their permission. You may view the site for your own information, but you may not copy, reproduce or reuse any content without our written permission.
4. Information on the site
The site is for general information about our services. We aim to keep it accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee it is complete or error-free. Prices shown are indicative — such as “from around” figures — and the price for any work is confirmed in a written quote. Results shown in case studies relate to specific clients and are not a guarantee of future results.
5. Free audits and calls
Free listing audits and calls are offered without obligation. Any recommendations are general guidance based on the information you provide, and you remain responsible for decisions about your own Amazon account.
6. Third-party links
The site links to other websites and services, such as Google Calendar, LinkedIn, Upwork and Amazon. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
7. Our liability
We are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the site, except where the law does not allow us to exclude liability — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be on this page.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
