This policy explains how AMZPRO collects and uses personal information when you visit amzpro.co.uk, request a free audit, book a call or work with us.

1. Who we are

AMZPRO Consulting (“AMZPRO”, “we”, “us”) is AMZPRO Consulting Ltd (company number 15412257), of 7 The Holloway, DY3 4NT. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

2. What we collect

• Audit requests: your name, email address, brand or company name, Amazon marketplace, Amazon store or ASIN link, the services you’re interested in, whether you are a brand or an agency, and anything you write in your message.
• Call bookings: when you book a call through our Google Calendar booking page, Google collects your name, email address and any answers you give, and creates a Google Meet link.
• Emails and calls: information you share with us when we correspond or speak.
• Client work: if you become a client, business contact details, information needed to deliver our services, and invoicing details. We may access your Amazon Seller Central or advertising accounts with your permission.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and our services are not intended for children.

3. How we use it

• To review your Amazon listing and respond to your audit request.
• To arrange and hold calls you book.
• To provide our services, manage our relationship with you and send invoices.
• To keep business, tax and accounting records.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

4. Our lawful basis

• Steps before a contract: responding to an audit request or call you have asked for.
• Contract: delivering services to clients.
• Legitimate interests: running and improving our business and replying to enquiries.
• Legal obligation: keeping financial records.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with trusted providers who help us run the business and only process it on our instructions:

• GoDaddy — website hosting
• Google — Calendar booking, Google Meet and email
• Specialist freelancers who work on client projects under confidentiality obligations
• Our accountant, where needed for financial records

Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards UK law requires, such as adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep it

• Audit requests and enquiries that don’t lead to work: deleted within 12 months.
• Client records: kept for the length of our working relationship, then up to 6 years for tax and legal purposes.

7. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to: access the information we hold about you; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to how we use it; or transfer it to you or another organisation. To make a request, email danny@amzpro.co.uk. We will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We’d appreciate the chance to put things right first.

8. Cookies

Our website uses only the essential cookies needed for it to work. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
